All items are shipped in R3pack compostable bags with Courier Post or Aramex and estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

  • $8 flat rate standard tracked within NZ
  • $12 rural tracked delivery within NZ
  • $20 untracked to Australia
  • $32 tracked to Australia
  • NZ FREE Standard shipping with purchases over $90
  • NZ FREE Rural shipping with purchases over $110

 

Pick Ups

Pick ups are available between 9:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Please contact us with at least 24 hours notice before collecting your order, and confirm your day and approximate time.

Orders must be collected within 14 days of being marked ready. If not collected, you will be invoiced for shipping and your order will be sent via courier.

 

Open Bags

Shop at your own pace and save on shipping.
Choose the Open Bag option at checkout to combine future orders into one shipment.

Lost Packages

Please note that once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, we’re unable to take responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting your local courier service directly in the first instance.
